Complete Book Publishing Package

EXCLUSIVE BOOK PUBLISHING CONTRACT  

What it means for you:

You are granting Busy Fingers Publishing an exclusive license to publish your book and supply your first extended print run. Minimum of 100 Books. Exclusive means Busy Fingers Publishing secures the copyright for this period of time ONLY. Once order is complete the author regains copyright and the non exclusive contract takes effect from that date.

NON EXCLUSIVE ONGOING PRINTING CONTRACT

Once your Complete Publishing Package is complete your non exclusive printing contract commences indefinitely. Non exclusive means you retain the copyright to your work and that you have the right at any time to grant other entities a similar license to publish your work as well. Examples might include traditional publishers and print-on-demand publishers.

Busy Fingers Publishing will NOT retain any copyright to cover artwork or internal layout and construction supplied by them, however does require acknowledgement as Cover Designer  or Book Layout by …inquishes all copyrights to cover artwork and book layout however as your fr

Busy Fingers Publishing initial publishing packing is an exclusive agreement

You are not locked into any kind of exclusive contract once your package is purchased and complete. You are free to have your books printed elsewhere. While the issued ISBN remains allocated to your publication, Busy Fingers Publishing will be the listed

For example…you have been publishing your book through Busy Fingers Publishing for some time. The opportunity then arises for you to get thousands of copies of your book printed cheaply by a different printer. You may still want to keep getting your book printed, published and promoted through Busy Fingers Publishing. But you don’t want to pass up the opportunity to get thousands of copies printed for a better price.

The great news is you can have extra copies printed by different printers. Because our publishing contract is nonexclusive, you have the freedom to do so. However as the acknowledged same while the ISBN issued to a particular publication

So what happens if sometime after you publish your book with Busy Fingers Publishing and a New York publishing house calls you and wants to publish your book? More than likely they will want you to sell your book to them in return for exclusive rights. They will want to ensure that no other publisher or printer would be able to sell or print your book.

This, too, is possible when you are publishing your book with us: you can cancel the publishing agreement with us at any time.
