- Go to Terminology

File will load up on screen at 100% of it’s original size. By rule of thumb for correct resolution, your image should be at least the size of your finished book page OR bigger.
If your image is too small, DO NOT enlarge to fit page or it will pixellate as you have just reduced the resolution.
For information on RESOLUTION go to the Tips and Tricks section and read:
GETTING THE CORRECT RESOLUTION
You can reduce the size of your image physically with the Selection tool or manually by entering new size measurements. I will show both options.
When you import your image it is by default put into Select an Object mode, ready for you to move, resize and manipulate how you wish. The arrows around the outside are used to resize, rotate or skew the object or image. For more information on Select an Object go to
- Zoom Tool OR
- Manually resize by entering size
REDUCING SIZE USING ZOOM TOOL:
Click on the magnifier or Zoom Tool in the Tools Sidebar on the left.
